What airports can I fly from / to?

We can arrange private air charter flights to and from almost any licensed airport throughout the world.

How much does a private jet hire cost?

The price of a private jet charter cost will depend on several factors including aircraft type selection and journey time. Every private jet hire is unique and prices are set accordingly.

When do I need to book my flight?

We can arrange for private jets and helicopters to be available at very short notice, even up to a few hours before departure, subject to aircraft, crew availability and cleared funds. However, arranging an aircraft at short notice tends to be more expensive as more often than not the aircraft has to reposition to your airport before your journey has even begun. This cost is often factored in to the overall price of your charter.

How do I get a quote?

After booking can I change my flight times?

Yes, depending on the aircraft! You can change your flight times to suit your schedule, one of the biggest advantages of private jet charter is flexibility.

How do I pay?

Generally we require all funds to be cleared at least 14 days prior to your flight. Prestige Jets can invoice in Pound Sterling, Euros or US Dollars. Payment can be made by Credit Card and Bank Transfer. We accept Visa & Mastercard. A small small surcharge will apply to all credit card transactions. Account facilities can be arranged for frequent flyers.

Are there any hidden costs?

No, we are totally transparent with our pricing so the initial quote you receive is an all-inclusive price. The only time your price will change is if you request a change to your itinerary or reschedule your flight to outside the airport’s published operating hours. You will always be made aware of any changes to the price of your charter before you make a decision.

Do I need flight tickets?

Flight tickets are not required on a private charter flight. All we require is the list of passenger names 72 hours before you travel.

Can I take pets?

Yes! We offer pet travel. When you contact us please make us aware of this and we filter out any aircraft that do not allow pets.

What aircraft can I charter?

We have access to over 5,000 different types of charter aircraft from turboprops and private jets through to VIP jets and helicopters. If you would like to travel on a particular aircraft please let us know when you contact us.

Will there be refreshments served on board the aircraft?

Yes. When you contact us, let us know of any catering requirements that you may have. Depending on the type of aircraft, different types of catering can be provided i.e. light bites and buffets through to VIP catering.

How many pilots will there be?

In most cases you will have a pilot and a co-pilot. However, for shorter trips in the smaller air taxis you will typically have just one pilot, although a second pilot can be provided if required.
